Cell Phone for GS
Hey all:
I have a 2006 GS300 and am going to get a Bluetooth cell and was wondering what good and bad experiences people are having getting the Bluetooth to work well in the car. I understand about the phone book transfer issue, which isn't a problem for me. I just want the phone to interact well with the car.
Thanks for your help.

Other than the phonebook transfer issue I have had a couple Verizon phones that pair easily and work extremely well. So far I have paired the following phones to my car:
Motorola V710
LG Vx9800 "The V"
Motorola Rzr V3C

Have used the Treo 650 (VZW) and Razr (T-Mobile) on my GS. Both connect fine, but the overall sound quality is just average.
I might have to adjust the mic sensitivity, as people often complain that they can't hear me well when I'm connected via BT.

When I first got my GS, I had a Treo 650 (T-Mobile) that was a pain to get connected the first time, but once I did it worked pretty well. Now I have a Blackberry 7100T (also T-Mobilethat was also a pain to get connected the first time, but now works much better than the Treo. I constantly ask people about the quality of the connection, and I rarely get any complaints.

Yah I've had the same problem with the Razr. Anyone know any fixes?
Btw. the razr works awesome in regards to bluetooth connectivity. Just turn on the car and it links right up.
