sorry I dont recall the specifics this was a while back. I was going to buy it and try it out and a few locals tried it out. If I recall Javy tried it on his 2gen IS or was one of the few that helped test it out.

I just had this installed, factory version, on my wifes car and I must say its not that nice. Car shuts off once you open the doors and the car must be locked for the remote start to work. Only positive is its all P-N-P so no cutting or tapping into wires. The remote is rather large just like the one pictured from Lexus Japan. Only thing is I paid less for the OEM set up and had the dealer install for free. I would pick my aftermarket all day long.

Hey guys, honestly the main issue was that this remote start that we brought in from japan was made for the japanese market and we were never able to test it out on a car. At the time we were going to pay for the install and all the customer who wanted to try it had to do was buy the kit, and if it didnt work we were going to refund all cost back.

At this point however we are just clearing it out at dealer cost to anyone who feel like they just wantto try and see if it works. If your intereted please feel free to pm or call me and ill give the cost were selling the kit we have in stock for.

I dont understand why any one would want this unit..... low range .... a fold out antenna and a high cost.... are u guys nuts. Buy a compustar which will get you all those features in a nice small remote, 5000 foot range and able to start it and keep it running after the doors open.

i'd hate to carry two fobs around. and disarming the car using the compustar's remote really defeats the purpose of the keyless/fobless unlock.
