Slid into a curb doing <5 mph in the snow on the GS300 AWD, hit the passenger side rear wheel. I'm gonna need a new one, maybe a tire too. Anyone know where I can just get one without going through the dealer? I know there was a site somewhere, but I forgot what it was
Edit: I just need one, not a full set

What confuses me is none of that worked either. No ABS "groaning", no VSC beeping, no traction light flashing, no malfunction or alert lights on the dash, nothing. I did this about 2 feet away from my driveway as well. Just kept sliding. I can't even get the GS430 to do that on summer tires.

the curve a lot faster than I should have, since no one was around.

just lucky I didn't hit the curb with my new 18's.
From what I hear and the limited experience (2 storms) I had with them, the
stock 17'' tires are pretty mediocre in the snow. Next year I am definitely getting
winter tires.
BTW, were you thinking of lexus-parts.com?
