hi i m tring to change the yellow rear turn signal to led white. i opend th etrunk and opened the samll box and twisted the bulb. but it's not coming out??????? am i only one who wants to change??????help me~bros.

yes, you'll lose the override if you update the nav system. I think you can still do the software fix though, so keep your old DVD for the loading.kwi file.

 

Ok, this one maybe stupid and just plain obvious, but here it is anyways:

Open Windows and Moonroof from outside vehicle: (2 Ways)
1) Hold down "unlock" button on the remote control for 5 seconds
2) Insert actual Metal key into driver door key hole and turn right & hold (also unlocks door)

Close Windows and Moonroof from outside vehicle: (I only know 1 way)
1) Insert actual Metal key into driver door key hole and turn left & hold (also locks door)

 

i've recently had my battery disconnected during an alignment and now my sunroof isn't working properly and need to be reset. i looked through the manual but didn't see anything about how to reprogram it.

can anyone provide me information or point me in the right direction to reprogram the sunroof? here are the problems:

sunroof: all buttons (open/close, tilt up/down) do the same function. for example, if i tilt the sunroof and hold the button, it will tilt up, then back down, and then open the sunroof. if i press open or close, it will tilt up/down, and then open/close.

 

anything like this for IS 2nd gen?

 

Ok guys I noticed that someone else had the idea of getting some blank connectors and making our own bypass wiring harness that we could install and remove with out causing warranty issues. Does anyone have a line on where we might be able to order these connectors? If we can find them it seems like the rest is cake. Even if they were just straight through then you could cut and splice to your hearts content without any issues.

 

Did you have any problems at all with installing the springs on your 2006 GS300 AWD. I want to do the same so I can use my Vossen wheels.

 

is there a way to get my mirrors to unfold when i start driving or something? i know on my bmw, they unfold once i get over 5mph or something as a safety measure. id assume with all the crazy safety precautions lexus has they would have their cars do the same thing but i was surprised to see them still folded when i was cruising down the highway.

 

I had the same problem and i took it to the dealer and it was fixed they just have to set it back .

I have an 06 GS300 (non-nav) recently I noticed that the screen doesn't automatically default back to the main screen ater a few seconds when you're in the audio, or climate control functions. It just stay to the screen your in. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

 

just try the seat belt buzzer, but it does not work. try it for the past 30 mins.
i have a 08 gs350.
