Brembo and Project Mu are very well known, but I think LX-Sport and PARFUME BBK are pretty nice too, and PARFUME are made by Endless, it's more towarded to JDM style with all the goodies you have on the car, the price shouldn't be that expensive comparing with Endless. Personally..I think Red is a little too sporty for GFM color, GOLD would be perfect matched. Alcon would be the best choice..tho, the price is ridiculous high, and i'm sure everyone will be speechless about their performance if they had the experience with Alcon.
I had experience with Brembo and Greddy before on my IS300, and I like the performance better on Greddy, especially the Gold color on Greddy is a little glossy than the gold on Brembo, and I'm sure it will look fabulous on your GFM color...Dave. They are made by Alcon also, but they don't have it for 3GS yet, should be soooooooooon......
