Default Anyone have problems mounting NF210's on your GS300 AWD ?

I took my wheels, tires and NF210' s to my installer today. He says that the NF210's don't seat right against the spring mountings, he is giving me a hassle about mounting them. He mounted my wheels and tires but not the springs. Now it looks like I am driving a truck !

Anyone have any trouble with mounting of your NF210's on their AWD GS's or does my installer not know what he is doing ?

It shouldn't be a problem according to others that have done this successfully. Ask Nardeezy... good luck and let us know how it turns out.

That's what I told the installer, that others have mounted these springs on the GS AWD.

You should probably try somewhere else then. It sounds like this guy doesn't know what he's talking about.

Are you sure the installer knows exactly what he's doing? Is he familiar with the NF210 springs? Is he correctly seating the correct spring to the correct location at all four corners? 4thone and myself have the NF210's and were installed without any issues. I believe 4thone installed it himself and I took mine to a known motorsport shop in Hayward, CA.

Thanks Nardeezy. I kind wonder about the installer myself. I am going to take it back tomorrow and I will be there and look at it myself to see what he is doing.

How long should it take ? How much should I pay ?

A job like this usually takes a few hours. Cost really depends on the shop. I thin I paid $250 for labor. Don't forget about the 4-wheel alignment after install.
