Those LED bulbs tend to be quite blue. Is it bluish white or just straight up blue?
Yeah, when I have the time, I'll try to just stick in a wire covered in an alcohol-soaked paper towel.

The LED bulbs I saw from others on this forum seemed very blueish, but the ones I'm getting are pure white. They actually look a little more white than my HID headlights.

I got the 12-LED wedge base bulb from Super Bright LEDS. I'll let you know how they look when I install them after I get them back.

I'll have pics as soon as they're installed. I just got back from a 10-day cruise so I need to check my mail to see if they came yet.

Got the bulbs in the mail last night, but I won't have time to put them in until maybe tonight.

SGT, looks great! Do you think there will be any problems with extra heat or is the watts/amps about the same? Thanks, YO-G

Thanks, guys. YO-G, LEDs actually emit much less heat and last longer than traditional filament bulbs, so there shouldn't be a problem at all.

But the W12 will be a little bit too big. if you go with this one you will need use electric type to secure it. you can go for w6 or w5 they will fit perfectly.
