Default Best Price for a Loaded GS350?

Hello,

I'm a new member to CL and have been surfing the website for about 2 months now. I currently am driving a 04 CLK 500 which has given me a lot of problems. I’ve had it in the shop over 8 times in less than two years for various problems. MB won’t do anything to help me so I don’t want to give them anymore business.

Anyway, I have test driven the GS 350 and it’s a very nice car. It has more room and the Navigation is state of the art.

My question is.

What is invoice for a fully loaded GS 350 RWD? What is the best deals you’ve seen online or in CL?

Everyone keeps on posting prices they have received but they aren’t being specific with taxes and stuff. I want a price from which does not include taxes from the state you live in. The salesman wants me to buy but I’m holding out till they give me a really good deal. They hate it when e-mail them at the end of the month and ask “Have you met your quota this month? Do you have a good deal for me yet?”

They have offered me a full loaded GS 350 RWD for $48,000

They are only offering me 7% financing and my credit score is 780. I plan to use this to my advantage because I’ve told him I want a payment less than my CLK and once he lowers it down enough using that 7% in his calculator I’ll try to find financing somewhere else.

Thanks,
Michael

I got my 350AWD for $49850 full loaded (ML / NAV, park assist, ASF, etc) except for the pre-collision and the rear sunshade. That price includes the 18" G-spider wheels, the wheel locks, all-weather mats, and accessory package.

I'm in VA so taxes aren't that high, after putting on the Diamon-fusion and wheel warranty, the on-the-road price came out to $52,859.35

Hope that helps

Thank you for your detailed price quote.

The dealer has told me $49,000 out the door and that includes the $300 sales tax cap they have in SC.

I agree with Frankncy30. When I was searching for my GS350 w/AWD, Nav and ML, the best price quote I got was from Catena for $47,570 (not including TTL). I ended up going with a dealer much closer to home for $800 more. I still felt good compared to the other quotes I was getting.

My personal experience here in the midwest was that smaller market dealers (2nd/3rd tier cities) were much more willing to deal than larger market cities (top tier cities like Chicago, Denver, etc.). Perhaps with the car as new as it is, there's more money here in the larger cities (CA and NYC aside) of the midwest chasing less supply than in the smaller markets.

Good luck.

I just e-mailing my them and asked for $45,500 out the door. Fully loaded GS 350 RWD. That includes the 500 IPOD kit as well as the $300 SC Sales tax. Let's see if he wants to deal or not.

"The dealer has told me $49,000 out the door and that includes the $300 sales tax cap they have in SC."

On all vehicles bought in South Carolina, the most sales tax you would pay is $300.00?? Is that right???

Go to www.kbb.com or www.edmunds.com and as I recall you can price the car out at invoice and MSRP.

I test drove one this morning and the Salesman said that the ML was a 'special order' for the GS350. Maybe that is why you cannot even select it on build your lexus at the Lexus forum?

Also what percent over invoice should I shoot for when dealing for a GS350 AWD?

The quote you got is pretty good - I paid $49,900 for my loaded GS350 RWD. I'd jump on it.

Paid $45,880 + tax and license for my fully loaded GS350. Out the door was $50256. This was $500 over dealer invoice.
