Correct me if I'm wrong but I'm pretty sure modding the engine will void your drive train related warranty issues. We don't have much history on this car to predict outcomes of modding it. So someone needs to take the plunge. Hopefully it's someone who has paid off their car and/or has lots of money in case they have to fix or replace an engine themselves. Too risky in my book.
Plus, I'm sorry guys but I think this car is too big to be a serious speed demon. Why spend the cash on it. You want a sport car? This isn't it. I love mine because it's a luxury/sport cruizer. When I want sport driving I get in the G-dogg or even the SC. It ain't fast but it handles like a monkey.

It's too early to tell but TOM'S works closely with Toyota to ensure reliability and compatibility of its after-market products.

So many haters, theres a reason why BMW and Mercedes and Audi make big saloons with massive V8s and V10s. There is a market for it. If you've never been in an M5 then you wouldn't understand the marvel of a big saloon that is as fast as a dedicated sports car.
I guess if you don't like the idea of a supercharged GS, then you wouldn't like the following cars either: M5, E55, E63, S55, S65, S6, RS6, and S8 (maybe RS8 if they decide to make it).
I feel like TOM's is the closest thing Toyota has to an AMG (probably more like Brabus). I seriously hope they take off and perhaps one day build engines for Lexus.
