I like the paintable ones that you can color match to the car.
It is a stupid completely unnecessary accessory, but it looks
good

I assume it gets attached with a tape? Since the upper part of the headlight will be covered now, how does it affect the vertical light spread? It actually looks very sharp and aligned with a hood line.

I dont know if its just the angles, but the shape of the two eyelids above look slightly different on the bottom.

When you step away or look at the car in whole, they "flow" with the car. In person, they don't look "stuck-on" at all...

It doesn't affect the spread at all. they are high enough that they do not affect light projection at all.

Stupid = Yes
Unnecessary = Yes
I just have to have them = Yes...

I like them because they flow the hood line to the "cut" on the side fender. It gives it a much cleaner look.

Are those Wald side skirts on the white car? If not, what are they? I like, simple, clean, and lower the line.

Thats exactly how I feel. Its a good look from afar but the line dividing it from the fender and thus telling you it was stuck onto the headlight kills the whole look as you look closer.

You know the liner makes the car look the way it should have in the first place, I can easily see this being a mid-model cosmetic redo in 08 or 09....make a smaller headlight housing and extend the fender forward a bit.....give the car a bit more aggressive front lower lip, a different grill, new taillights, and thats the cosmetic redo.......

I was going to get the chrome version... but decide not to...
Since I'm getting my front grill chromed... I thought that will be too much chrome in front of my car...

And, I voted no on body colored ones... agree with RXDRVR... that's an add looking piece... doesn't look like it belong there...
