I was told that sharkfin on '07 GS350 is for XM antenna only. Would like to get more opinions where you guys have your Sirius antenna placed on GS and how good is a reception? At my dealership (Ray Catena) they don't even offer Sirius as an option from Lexus, and installation is done by a subcontractor shop. That shop told me the only place for Sirius antenna is on top of the trunk. It will be ugly as hell to put a black puck on a shinny silver. Would like to hear where others have their Sirius antenna?

The XM antenna and Sirius antenna are the same size.

I plan on putting the Sirius antenna inside my sharkfin.
Just take the XM out, insert new and run wires.

Did you confirm if its possible or is this just your assumption? Which Sirius antenna do you have in mind?

I placed mine on the rear deck on the pass side and tucked the line along the rear seat.As long as there is a clear view to the sky,even from inside,you should be fine.
