Diagnostic Link Connector

Does anyone know where to find the OBD-II interface in the GS300? Is there an access panel that needs to be removed or something? I Haven't looked extremely hard and it's not readily noticeable in a glance

Right below the steering wheel, near the fuse box, between the parking brake and brake pedal. White connector with a black dustcap with "OBD-II" stamped in it
