Where did you put your Vaistech unit?
I put it on the right side of the head unit but there's this big ugly bulge on the passenger's side.
Anyone have any better ideas?

i velcro'd mine to the top of the headunit. i also put some self adhesive foam padding around the edges where it contacts the head unit to prevent any rattling. worked great and it's completely out of sight.
the wires were ran down thru the cavity and then down to the left and out by the side leather pcs against the center shift area. i can connect the ipod next to the driver's seatbelt. (we did this so using the Ipod in simple mode is still possible)
p.s. your dash looks like it needs to get wiped down

Got an Idea!
Hi, I placed mine inside the glove box. I had to stick my hand inside really deap until i was able to pass the wiring from the center to the glove box.
If you carefully notice, inside the glove box, there is a small tiny hole in the left corner. .. That's were you pass the wire.
Next you, can use a sticky pathch to hold down the unit to the fabric inside the glove box. but be carfefull, not to place it in front of the airfilter door!
Place it under it.
this way , the unit will not bother the passenger and will not make any vibrating sounds while car is on motion, and would be safe and secuered inside..
sorry, no pictures, but try it. it's possible.
