GS350 vs. IS350
The GS is a bit bigger inside.. but essentially am i paying 4000 more for the AWD? any other diff besides the GS350 AWD, and the IS350 RWD?

The suspension is going to be different. The IS350 is a much better car when it comes to cornering and handling. The GS' interior fit and finish is above the IS.
The only think they really share together is the engine. Other than that, there aren't many significant things that are the same. I would take the GS350 just because of the AWD, space, and build quality.
