Beware some GS300/350 and IS are starting to leak.

I work at the largest Lexus dealer in the world, and I have yet to see a single GS 350 leaking any oil. I've seen some isolated motor issues with the 2GR motors, particularly in the IS 350 (noisy camshaft sprockets), but no leaks.
Perhaps it's occuring in your area, only? In any case, it helps to include a source before making a potentially misleading generalized statement about a car's weakness, especially if you're not in the trenches.

JJ posted he has seen one at his dealership, that's Alabama and more importantly there seems a kit being worked on so it is hardly area specific. After pure posted this thread we have had 3 post on having this very issue in an oil leak thread started on ES350 forum.

bob, i think you have mistaken me for someone else. i havent heard of this issue at this time, and we have not encountered it at my dealership.
