I wonder where they're gonna put the fuel door and trunk release buttons. I must admit, it's a bit cumbersome having to drop that box down. A LITTLE bit.

my best guess would be in line with the 430 pricing

Pricing... whenever Lexus has done mid-model engine upgrades (GS400 to 430, RX330 to 350, ES300 to 330, etc.) the price hasn't gone up much more than Lexus may normally raise the prices every given year. My best guess will be close to current GS430 pricing with an increase of less than a thousand. We'll see in fall!

thanks jeff for the info!!! interesting to see that lexus finally has one "official" turn signals on side mirrors on one of their cars

and i wonder where they are going to put the trunk and fuel door release. it's a good idea to move them out of that pull down box

I think mirror turn signals are wack and highly played out. They should have thought about it 5 years ago.

Anyway, will it really be three years since the 3GS was introduced?!?! Man, it still seems like its no older than the 2IS. Cant believe its already getting a facelift.

Hmph...maybe their plan of introducing new models and adding updates every year is really working for me!! It still seems very fresh IMO.

Unlike many others here I think the 3GS is the better looking Lexus sedan. It could have went on for another year without design changes if you ask me.

Opaline Pearl is suppose to look like a silver with what appears to be a light blue hue.

I remember seeing it on the early brochures for the LS460, but it never made its way to the US. Looks like its an option in Japan though.

Man no kidding. but knowing my luck, they changed the door enough so the turn signal rear view mirrors isnt a direct replacement. For one thig, theres wiring for the turnsignals. Man, and I really wanted that.

Yes, yes, I know, no questions....like that was going to stop us.
VDIM off switch? (mention of it on the 450h, but not the 460)
8 spd or 6 spd auto?
Touring package? (you know, bigger brakes, stiffer shocks, A.S.S.S)
380hp or 390+hp?

I know I don't own a 3GS but I don't see how moving the fuel filler door could be a priority. We are talking about it taking 3 more seconds out your life? I like the hidden buttons.
I agree, sideview turn signals are not needed and even the Scion tC ha em.

Does it finally have a MPG player/I-pod outlet???? At first I thought that was a gimmick but I think it is good to have in a car.

I also like the hidden buttons. They hide away the clutter.

I want to see what they do for the grill. If they are already doing these
cosmetic changes it is a sign that Lexus is listening to customer feedback
and taking action to address the car's shortcomings.
