2008 GS 350 / 460 Updated Info Here

That being the case (fitment issues) however, Lexus really screwed it up with this generation. First, the IS-F's hood had to be made to look like a whale and now they have to redo the suspension geometry for the GS? These things were in the cards sooooo long ago. Whats the deal?

The revised hood for the IS-F gives it a more aggressive look personally speaking.
If the revised suspension rumour is true, then it likely was planned as a routine update a while ago. The revised suspension could also mean preparation for the rumoured GS-F.

The panel was a great idea but it was poorly executed. Moving on, here are a few changes they should make on the '08 GS.
1. Allow manual AVG MPG reset rather than the stupid reset only when tank is full method used now.
2. Add backlighting to all of the overhead buttons and steering wheel buttons.
3. Relocate the Homelink buttons
8. Make the nav screen smudgeproof!

Please indulge me on an old topic. I know this is all we know at this point but what do you think this could mean?
Is the rear combination lights, the rear tailights? You think Lexus would change the design of the rear tailights? How?
Revised assist grips, would this be the steering wheel assist grips? If so do you believe this to be a new steering wheel design?
Would like to hear your opinion even though we are just guessing at this point.

You know i think to myself about the styling of the 3GS, and then im like, how can they improve this and make the 4GS even better? Some manufacturers actually trounce the new generation making the previous look better. I hope this is not the case with the 4GS whenever its due out (i think in 2009 or 2010 as a 2010 or 2011 model)
back on topic, im pretty curious to see the updated styling though on the 08 GS though and how they modify this creature.
thanks

assist grips i believe are the "oh crap" handles for getting into and out of the vehicle, particularly in the rear seat
