gs300 2006 how to play dvd..?..
when i played dvd, the screen does not work. but there is sound. how can i change the screen to dvd player instead of map? i've looked over the manual and it doesn't have a specific detail of how to turn on the screen. it's weired considering sound works but i don't know how to change the screen to dvd player. please let me know... thank you

#1 if you want to watch movies while NOT moving.
you have to have the emergency break on, the car has to be in park, and not moving (stationary). IF you start moving the car disables the screen that you can see the movie, but still plays the corresponding sound.
#2 if you want to watch movies WHILE moving.
you have to do the HACK that I am attempting at the moment. It involves cutting and grounding wires behind the NAV unit.
