I have read the threads on the direct injection fuel pump ticking noise and the question I have is ... does the noise go away after the Car warms up ?

I hear a ticking noise when I first start the car up in the morning but after 5 minutes it is gone.

Every newer Lexus with the timing chain motors I have driven has had a lot of engine noises on warm up esp in colder climates. Seems like more of the noise is coming from the timing chains and such just from being cold and oil is very thick but is normal and has not showed any problems yet to any of the cars I have worked on...
