In preperation for my delayed GS350 I'm looking to burn some mp3 cd's that will display the song information on the display. Does anyone know how to do it properly? I dont want to burn a bunch of mp3 cd's right now only to find the names of the songs dont show up once I put them in the gs.

Pretty sure you can just burn them as is. As long as the files have the ID3 tags in place.
