06 nav screen swap to 07's?

is it possible to change the screen from the 06 to the 07? i heard that the 07 has better resolution thats why im asking. thanks

it does have better resolution, but I was told for me(to upgrade from my 07, to the new LS screen/new GS460 screen it isnt possible).
SO I am not confident in this option to be a realistic one.

I'm sure it's possible...but it will likely be a costly project. Lexus parts are not cheap.

But I agree, the Gen 5 nav is really nice. If its any consolation, at least the Gen 4 nav has the "bypass", so we can input destinations on the move.
