Anyone Else Receive a JD Power Survey?
I got it last nite. From the looks of it, it's thorough. Don't know why they care if I financed or paid cash. They gave me one whole dollar in payment for completing the survey. I just don't know where to spend it.
Come to think of it, I never filled out/returned the Lexus survey.

I received one last year about this time. The survey was much more concerned about my buying habits than the car. I never returned it. I would happily complete a JD survey if the questions were directed towards the GS and my experience with it.

3 pages entitled "Things Gone Wrong, Details," which is so thorough it covers everything you can think of about this car, even asking for problem codes. 4 pages entitled "What You Like and Don't Like, Details." Again, completely thorough. And then, some "About You" and "About Your Vehicle" stuff. It's like taking the SAT's again.

Yeah, it did not take me long to complete it, since I mostly skipped over the "Things Gone Wrong, Details" section. I did note the excessive brake dust, but I also noted the TSB that fixes it...

Another Lexus survey sitting in the mailbox this evening. You know, there's more of a paper trail on the purchase of this car than in an Angelina Jolie Third-World adoption. I don't feel particularly inclined to fill them out.
