I think 20's would be perfect with a drop, I personally have 19's on mine and dropped it an inch in the front, the ride is still comfortable, and I never have to worry about rubbing or anything. In the end get what you want!

Adam....by dropping the front only you've completely re-set the F-R balance that your suspension was designed for. Auto manufacturers invest a lot of engineering resources to achieve a desired balance...as close to 50/50 as possible. You've just shifted yours forward, considerably.

Perhaps you dropped the front and rear equally...

I ordered wheels and chose 19's as well. Really wanted 20's but the wheels I got don't come in 20. Oh well, 19's work pretty good. I agree with you, won't have to worry about rubbing. What are your tire sizes?

rubbing is not that bad guys...the fear of rubbing is over rated...research the forum...there's alot of way to minimize it to pretty much only in the front with turning the sterring wheel all the way....and i had 19 and 20...they both feel the same...i have pics to back that up ....ride quality are comparable...

go 20 if the budget can handle it...tires for 20 and 19 are the same and in some cases 19 cost more.

Dude..go back to your room and solve algorithms. j./k. But seriously, it's not all that serious. We're talking about a "car" here not a "race car."

I also believe it matters where you live. In the south It seems like 22's are just a natural choice for the car...While in the west it's more like 19's and 20's seem like a more natural choice. But I guess if you get 22's you don't have to worry about lowering it, unlike with 19's and 20's.

So putting big wheels on the car is all about social pressure? (22" in the south, and 20" in the west ?) This makes little sense to me, as modding your car is all about personalization, it's about being unique, and making it looks nice. To my personal taste 22" is just too much for this car, sure the wheels more or less can fit the car, but it’s not doing anything for the lines and the overall shape of the car actually quite to the contrary it distract from them and create focus point on the rimes When trying to create a unique ride the big picture is important: how everything fit together; Donking a GS with huge *** rims doesn’t help to achieve this.

Its the ridiculous "bigger crap rims is better than smaller quality rims" syndrome.. I've contacted the CDC as it is very contagious and the cure is very hard to find.

I think a symptomatic control would be to not fix any potholes on the street so the "bigger crappy rims" would break while the "smaller quality rims" survive. I mean, natural selection right?
