Default brake issue

got my tires rotated today and noticed that my rear brake had the a long screw missing off the brake
the other screw was damn near falling off
does anyone know if warrenty covers the brakes

I sure hope you're just horsing around. If you're not, I hope you're not driving your car after discovering a missing screw. And, of course, brakes are covered by warranty!

defintely not driving it around
missing screw if located on the rear brake
not the front so its not a HUGE issue
but it is a very significant one
