Default What would cause this?

Yesterday when I pulled into a parking space, I noticed the passenger side light was out from the reflection of the store window. I got out the car, walked around to the passenger side to make sure. Yes I was a "One Eyed Jack". I went and did my shopping. When I went to leave, the passenger side headlight was back on. Is this a warning that the HID is about to go? When I got home, I did a quick visual to see if the passenger side was dimmer than the other. They both looked the same. Has anyone here have to replace the HID on thier cars?

Nope. It shouldn't have a thermal shutoff. My Maxima did this. But that was due bad electrics. Try and turn off/on your lights, does the lights come on? take your car in to be checked, could be a bad bulb or wiring.
