My 430 has just over 10K on it, and I have bad squeaking to the point I took it in thinking I needed new brake pads already. The service advisor said it was caused by brake dust and that I could get my pads replaced with a less performance-based pad under warranty. I told him to hold off on that, and they ended up resurfacing the rotors, but the noise seems like it is worse. It's to the point I'm taking it back in next week because it sounds so bad.

dang. I hate frustrations like these. Good luck fixing them.
Obviously they will be covered under warranty, get them fixed/replaced.
Won't they replace them with the "better" performing break pads or will they only replace them with the low dust / lower performance pads?
Try and make them (unless you care about dust) replace them with the ones that came on the car, not the low break dust.
