Went for ES350 and I Get GS350
Hi all
I went to the dealer to buy the ES350 and when I was asking about the difference in price between the Es350 and GS350 I found that there is special discount and the difference is only 7000 $ then I started to think although I have chose ES350 because it low cost and luxury and I liked it it was not what I really wanted but it was logical choices.
Then I started to think ……. Why not the GS350 if it is only that much diffrance I can afford it so I switch my opinion and bought GS350, I know from before that GS350 is high end and it is much better than ES350 but the price changed my opinion.
So what do you all think is it good price? and is it better choice?

You are not the only one, 2thfixr did the same when he went to pick up 2 ES350 and ended up getting one ES350 for his mother in law and GS350 for himself
As for difference between ES350 and GS30, you made a very good decision!!! As I former ES350 owner, you can trust me on that!!!

I think you are making a great choice. I have a ES350 and I have it in the shop right now for the transmission issue. If this isn't fixed soon I will be a GS owner too, and if I knew then what I know now I would be right now. It is worth the difference I think.

the build quality and power of the GS is much better than the ES. The GS leather is softer, and the seats have a better look.
after sitting in the GS, the ES just looks cheap. And from a distance, the ES does look like a camry..... not the current camry, but what the last generation camry should have evolved into.

^^^ Actually, I think the current ES looks very much like the current Camry, moreso now than ever. If you see the 2 side by side, it's uncanny. It's really ashame, since in the past the ES was based upon the JDM Toyota Windom, and not the US made Camry. When Toyota dc'd the Windom last year, Lexus had no choice but to base the current ES off the Camry platform. Funny thing, the ES is still the best selling Lexus car, and may challenge the RX as the best selling Lexus (tranny issues or not) . . .
