my theory is, ghosting occurs when you try to heat shrink the tint directly. What i mean is, tinters usually heat shrink on the release liner side of the film. Notice how there isn't ghosting on the rear windshield. That's because the film is shaped from the outside of the glass first. The tinter is working on the release liner side of the tint.
this is not fact, just my observation.
This is not due to dirty water. See the squiggles in the above picture. That's how tint film looks when you heat shrink it.

Actually i just got my tint done there last weekend and everything came out find. Did you get the executive tint for luxury cars? I believe that would be your problem, because i remember asking Peter(owner) about putting the executive tint on and he said "that tint will tamper with my UV windows and I should stick with the charcoal tint". Just my 2 cents and not sure if that's the tint u put on. my suggestion is to take it back.

no. I got the ceramic tint. The executive is fully metal.
the executive tint doesn't mess with the UV windows. That's just bull.
It's just more difficult for them to apply because it causes ghosting if installed improperly.
Regular charcoal tint is a piece of cake to install, but it will fade to purple in a few years and you're gonna need it redone.
I don't wanna mess with do-overs several years later.
The ceramic tint is new, and lots of people don't know how to install it properly.

California Tint sucks. i had the same problem with them and they told me it would dry up but it never did. I had the windows stripped and retinted and the other guy said that it was dirty water/ soaping agent that they sprayed so it could have never dried clear. If it doesnt clear up take it back to them and have it redone. As for me...i just took it somewhere else to not deal with the drama. Two of mywindows were like that.
