Shopped around the Los Angeles area and came up with this:

Sticker - $48977
Out the Door - $47400

Seems like a great deal. What do you think?

Sounds like a great deal. I think that's about $500 over invoice. Congratulations! I'm jealous. If I could just get my wife's 2003 530i sold I will be joining the GS350 club.

I have an '06 BMW 530I. The GS350 is a much nice car... I love the 530... But this GS is great.

Based on these numbers, selling price of the car (I calculate) was $44,400 (including destination) + approximately $3,100 in TTL. A fair deal for both sides.

Quick rule of thumb, if you can get OTD for less than Msrp - it's a good deal. Since you got OTD for 1,600 less than Msrp in SoCal (8.25 tax) I'd say you did very well for yourself
