I dont know if its the angle of the pic or what but doesnt look like its made too well. The horizontal slats dont seem to meet the side of the grille

the billet grills are the ugliestest grills to put on ANY lexus, or japanese car.

Agreed. They look crappy on Maximas, Altima, Lexus' and such. looks cheap to me. At least if the edges were a bit smoother. They should stick to being on muscle cars and trucks.
