Default front park assist install

has anyone gotten to the center front park sensor? Or is there an easy to get to the sensor...mine got pushed in, I was able to pull of the plastic painted gasket/trim and the sensor is now dangling inside the styrofoam bumper. I have tried to pull the plastic engine trim by the hood latch and stick my hand in, but that styrofoam piece completely covers the sensor.

My whole goal about this, is that whenever I try to snap the trim to the sensor, the sensor pushes back into hole and doesn't clip properly and dangles again. And the hole is small, I can barely fit some needle nose pliers in, also with the paint, I get scared of doing any crazy scratches on the car.

Do I need to take off the damn bumper?? Any instructions on takin it off?

Any help is appreciated!!
