I had the TSIB done last week for free, it is still on...

Make sure you download and print the PDF of the TSIB to bring with you.

which dealer did you get it done? i went to glendale lexus and showed them the print out and said the pads are free but to put it on is not. ?/???

I went to Kearny Mesa Lexus in San Diego.
Charging for the installation is just wrong and a rip off, this is not Lexus at all, you should report that to corporate, someone is trying to make extra money on the side on you...

Got my pads changed today. I don't know who that joker was that I spoke to before but the guy who helped me today knew all about the TSIB. I had no problems and received priority service...since I told them about the difficulty scheduling the appt. Can't wait to enjoy dust-free driving....especially when i get new 20's.
