I have a weird problem. When ever I pull down the right rear passenger window when going over 45 there is a real loud vibration noise in the car. Anyone have any idea what it could be?

Yep, its the air pressure building up in the car and vibrating everything in the car

Porsche 911 has similar quirk. Sunroof cannot be raised up in the back portion without cracking windows to release pressure. Every car has is characteristics.

The whole time I thought something was messed up, I kept putting each window down one by one to test it and it was only that window so I guessed something was wrong. So I guess I wont pull the right rear window down ever again.

it's a physics thing, specifically resonance. the same phenomenon that allows you to blow air into an empty bottle for that deep whistle. here's a thing on wikipedia if you are interested http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Helmholtz_resonator
