does any of members here engine noise even from insde cabin?is this what it's suppose tobe or am i to worry?sometime i feel like diesel engine,wasn't what i am exspect from lexus.any idea please.

it is normal to sound like a diesel engine with the new direct fuel injection engines. Listen to Audi or any other manufacturer with direct injection and it all sounds the same. That said I don't hear the noise inside the cabin unless you listen really really hard.

I only hear it outside as well. It's a new sound to me from an engine and I'm getting used to it. I must admit the first time sounded kind of weird?!

you're not crazy.

my neighborhood is very quiet, and if i stop the car at the intersection, i can hear the slight muffled ticking diesel noise in the cabin.
it has to be quiet outside though to hear it.
