Default Just Picked Up A 07 GS350 !!!

this afternoon.

Its Obsidian/Black Leather with Red Walnut Accent

-Lexus voice-activated DVD Navigation System with backup camera
-18-in summer tires with spare
-Rain-sensing variable intermittent windshield wipers with mist control, headlamp washers and AFS
-Ventilated front seats
-Rear spoiler
-Power rear-window sunshade

I don't know anything about lowering the car, therefore your expertise is highly appreciated. I know I need springs, but what kind of springs would you recommend? (Tanabe, Eibach, TEIN or some other ones) Besides springs, what are the other suspension(s) do I need for lowering the car?

Again, thanks for your info and apologize for these noob questions.

Congratulations and welcome to the Club!

It seems that you have a lot of plans for your car, and you're definately in the right place.

Start by using "Search" for common ideas and mods that will make your car truly your own. Good luck!

Congrats on your new GS and welcome to Club Lexus!

As far as lowering the car is concerned, other than springs, coilovers and air are pretty your only other options.

Congrats fellow new GS350 owner!

Remember: Your car is running naked until you apply some Zaino!

Welcome to 3GS family! Tanabe NF210 springs (easily under $200) are the popular choice for a lot in this forum lowering their rides.

Congrats on your new purchase and welcome to CL.

Let's start off with your question. How low do you want to lower the car and what is your budget?

Should I change my shocks as well or the stock one is fine? Cause I'm keeping the stock rims for now.

As long as lower than the stock ones is fine, and my budget is gonna be around 1K.

Coilovers are not the way to go then. Going with a set of lowering springs i.e. Tanabe, Tein or Eibach will suffice. Tanabe DF210's offer the lowest drop of them all.

Thanks for the info! If I'm going w/ a set of lowering springs, should I change my shock or the stock one is fine?
