Default passenger seat pain!!!

I cannot get comfortable in this passenger seat (07GS). After about 15-20minutes, my lower back is killing me. I have adjusted lumbar several times but can't seem to find the right fit. I'm 5'2'' & 120lbs-,have no trouble while driving. Any suggestions?

I have to lean mine back quite a bit to get comfortable in the driver's seat.

Default Ask the Physical Therapist about ergonomics...

Perhaps your feet are more comfortable angled (like you are using the gas/brake pedals) instead of being flat on the floor.

If your feet are flat on the floor, it makes you slouch a little bit.

Try bringing the seat forward, so that your feet are propped against the front, instead of flat on the floor. Or you can prop a pillow for your feet.

Get back in touch and tell me if you feel better...

I still have issues finding a good spot while in the drivers seat. I end up wth lower back pain and/or a shooting pain that goes behind my left leg

That doesn't sound good; that sounds like Sciatica.

Make sure you keep your hamstrings stretched.
