Default OEM HID replacement on GS350

I just got a set of 6000k HID OEM replacement from XenonDepot. Is it easy to replace the bulb myself on the gs350 or do i need to take it to a shop? I tried to search for some instructions on the site but couldnt find any.

so your just changing the low beam bulbs?
uh, it's simple, I just did mine a week or two ago with ease.

Just unscrew the clear cap, then turn the silver part inside 1/4 turn counter clockwise.... unlip both metal brackets that hold the bulb in place, and replace.

Very simple.

The only tricky part is changing the bulb on the driver's side, b/c for me, I had to remove the screw that held the windshield fluid, and move the whole part out of the way, to squeeze my big hand down there. Then I dropped the light, which was a pain to get out...(I had to use those long claw-like grabbers) to grab the bulb and start over....

All in all,a very simple process, and it should take you about 15 minutes tops.

lol. its a bit harder for my small japanese hands, its been a while but I remember having the hardest time with one of the sides. must've been the drivers side. its easy to untwist the bulb, but hard to clip it or twist it back in? forgot now... When you take it out, remember where your which way your bulb is in the holder and rememberhow you twisted it off and which way the power cord is facing. I didn't and I think thats where I ran into trouble.

and as they say, dont touch the bulb! And don't let the bulb hit anything when putting it in.

Are you meaning the black plastic screws that hold on your dust/engine covers?

If so, obviously take those off first, then proceed with the directions I just gave you.

And the smaller the hands you have the easier it is for you to do this swap out.

Just remember which way you take the bulb out and put the other one the same way...

It's honestly a 15 minute job if you do it correctly.

Planning to upgrade fog lights and trying to decide whether to go with matching color (to OEM HID) or with distinctive yellow for fogs HID
