The E63 is a mid-cycle facelift/upgrade over the E55, doesn't look too much different, it's not a redesign like the S & C class.
I think the next generation E class is coming within 2 years.

I would take a S63 over a GS350 if $$$ is no issue BTW

Default Lexus needs and AMG lineup

IMHO, $140K is simply too much to spend on a sedan. On an Aston Martin, Porsche, other comparable sports car, $140K is ok, but not on a sedan. I'd consider the LS460L. At least with the Lexus you won't experience nearly the same rate of depreciation and you can get out the door around $90K fully loaded if not less. I'd also consider an Audi A8L or even an Audi S8, but the S8 would be near $110K, and have serious depreciation. I think LS460L is way to go for big sedan. Why doesn't Lexus come out with an "AMG" equivalent. Imagine the LS460L in a sport version with tighter suspension, better brakes, aggressive body kit and with another 150 horse power. All this woulb prob still be under $100K. I say to Lexus offer us an AMG-type lineup! I know that crzy *** IS is coming out soon, hopefully they take that concept to the GS and LS and even their SUV models soon. Any thoughts?

for $140k you can get the fully loaded LS600hL and still have left-over money for a nice set of 22"s!!!

I'd keep the 3GS and invest that money

Good move, stick with the Lex, I went from GS400 to a SL55, I have had the SL for about 5 months and it's been in service about 11 times, and it's going back on monday again. I am going to get rid of the SL and come back to Lexus, I just haven't made up my mind on what model yet.

My brother is going to purchase a brand new Bentley Brooklands. He also got rid of his SL 55 for a Porsche Turbo. And the bastard also just picked up the first 2008 G55 last week!
