342 hp is diappointing, look at the 0-60 and 1/4 mile times, I am not sure the gs460 is even needed in the line up !!!
Here is an interesting detail...vented seats gs 460 only ?????
How about optional wheels for gs350 17 inch with runflats ...Huh...we going back to 17s only ???

I am surprised that the document doesn't mention anything about talilight (rumored) and rear bumper redesign (shown in the spy photo).
So this finally settles the long debate of how many HP GS 460 will have.
Very dissapointing that it has a less powerful 342HP non-direct injection version of 4.6L V8.

anyone else notice all the mistakes in it???
"mph" instead of mpg
References GS430 and GS300 in some spots instead of 460 and 350 respectively.
Also does the 07 GS350 have 11.6 inch front rotors?? They look bigger than that and have 4 piston calipers... fill up the 18 inch wheel pretty well imo.
Infrared glass will be a real nice edition!

Yup looks like I'm right, brakes get smaller for 2008 on the GS350. It says High-friction pads only on the 460. I have the high friction pads on my 07 GS350.
Man, and I thought the brakes were already mediocre.
2008 GS350 will have 11.6 inch front rotors, off the IS250??

What a huge dissapointment .
One thing that that makes absolutely no sense though: for the GS460, the engine code is 1UR-FSE, and YET the specs make no mention of DI but only of SFI. In Toyota terminology, the S part in the "1UR-FSE" engine code signifies direct injection. If the engine truly does not have DI, then the engine code should be 1UR-FE. Something is fishy here .
Also, the fishyness with the brake changes along with absolutely no mention of rear tail or headlight changes.

List of possible typos/errors:
1. Engine designation code should be 1UR-FE not 1UR-FSE if it does not have direct injection.
2. Peak horsepower occurs at 6,400rpm, after redline of 6,350rpm.
3. Fuel economy of 17/24 is worse than the LS460's 17/25.
4. Curb weight of 3,748lbs is identical to that of the GS430. Can't be that coincidental.
5. 0-60 in 5.4 seconds, slower than the 400-lbs-heavier and 2-hp-weaker GS450h's 5.2 seconds.
