Wow. I have been considering a GS over the E550 for months now because I love the better technology/gadgets offered in the Lexus lineup. But now...man, I don't know what to say. The MPG of this weak V8 are less than impressive and I am pretty sure it won't even crack the 13s in the 1/4. In the mid to late 90s the GS was king of the road in this segment, but now it's a total slouch. What is going on Lexus? My C55 lease is up in May and my search has just started ALL over again...

I like the 3GS interior (minus center console). Too bad the rear end of the car messed it all up for me. Love the front end though.

The buttons on the steering wheel have been relocated. Also the leather is now smoother. Compare this picture with the one of the 2007 on lexus.com.

One of the changes is "Wood trim on door switch plate".

I looked very closely from the old to the new, I don't own a GS yet so I don't know this, but is the gauge supposed to glow blue in the day time too? it looks like it's glowing orange? anyone owned noticed something different about the lighting?

Man the 460 rims are so ugly, they look like they belong on a conversion van. The 18s on the 06-07 are so much better.

It looks like they changed the circle L and for some reason it now looks like a cyclopse or something not to mention that I don't like the new lines. The old steering wheel was way more attractive IMO.

yea it looks like some weird flowers, I hope they have new wheel options too, I definitely don't want those. or maybe i'll swap with gs430 owners who like these new ones.

the new steering wheel looks ugly and cheap! reminds me of the Altima steering wheel.

and the shift gate metal looks tacky.

key fob looks bad *** though..... if that's real metal, and not painted plastic. too bad it's gonna be in your pocket the whole time.

Lexus GS460 = 4.6L = 342HP = 74HP/L

Let's not forget the Audi A6 4.2, which would lead this statistical category by a big margin:

Audi A6 4.2 = 4.2L = 350HP = 83HP/L
