I have an 07 GS350 with navi and ML and it is GFM with ash interior. I may trade it to do some car swaping and wandered what might be a reasonable trade value.
It has about 10,500 miles.
What about private party price?
Thanks!

Use www.edmunds.com and www.kbb.com to figure out the value for your car in your area. Both sites have very detailed appraisal tools that allow you to enter all the equipment you have on the car, as well as the car's condition.
If you have CarMax chain store anywhere in your area, you should take it there to get appraised. It has been my experience that you'd get a lot better trade in value from CarMax than from other dealers.
Trading in or selling in private sale a luxury car that's only about a year old, and getting a good value for it is going to be extremely tough. Figure loosing about 15-20% of the value (where value is defined as the dealer invoice price).
Good luck.
