Hey all I am in the market for an 07 GS350. I have a couple of questions:

A) The best deal I have found so far here in FL is 3500 of MSRP and No dealer fee. At this point in the model year, with the 08 about to hit the ground should I be able to do better ?

B) I am a big fan of glacier frost mica, the car I found has everything except ML sound. I have heard lots or good things about the ML, how good or bad is the standard 10 speaker system.

C) Build Quailty I have heard mixed review about the car, the most common compliant that I have heard is interior rattles. How would you folks that own the 07's rate overall build quality.

Nothing bad about the standard sound system. How good the ML is compared to the standard depends heavily on your source. If you listen to radio/MP3/iPod, forget about it.

My 07 doesn't have rattles and I'm at 6000 miles.

As for the deal, every region is different. I think you can do better though. I bought mine with 3k off MSRP in early June.

Traded my 06 GS for 07 GS. Quality of 07 seems better, not the squeaks and rattles I had in to 06. Impressed with the increased power of the engine. I love the ML in the 07 did not have it in my 06. I think the ML is well worth the additional money. Will never buy another Lexus without the ML. Have had 5 Lexus vehicles prior to the 07 GS. I also like the 5 spoke wheels 18" tires on my 07 GS. From the pictures I have seen of the new 08 GS 5 spoke wheels, not impressed. I would get a better deal on the 07 and pass on the 08. I am not one who wanted to put aftermarket wheels on my GS. Just my 2cents.
