Ive called the dealership 7 times and still no response. So it looks like Ill def have to sue. As far as me dropping off the car at the bank I have a 807 credit score so the only thing im dropping off at the bank is the payment lol. Anyway thanks for all the input.

 

Are you bring as forcefull with the insurance company as you are the Lexus dealership? Who are you insured through? Also, go to the news. Local media loves stories like this. Drive your car TO the local news station and tell them what has happened. Make sure you bring pictures and before shots.

It's sad when you run into BAD Lexus Dealerships and BAD Insurance people...i ran into ALLSTATE with my first claim...the guy was a total JERK !!! cancel my insurance the next month.
