Cool And i thought my LEDs were bright before

In seeking a solution for a better DRL setup, I figured the LED technology has to be getting better by the week, so i checked out e**y for the lates 'brightest' LEDs for the smaller 194 wedge bulbs and picked up a pair if these for $20

The bulbs (new one on the left.. just a tad bigger )

New bulb on the right..

Again, new on the right..

Closeup..

Even though the pics don't do it justice, you can see the new bulbs are much better and even a bit more to the blue side which is even better.. Now I just need to find a way to rig them to just be on whenever the car is powered up since i already have the regular DRLs turned off..

Default Looking good.....

I guess with the blue color, it's going to boil down to personal preference. I'd like the fact that it's brighter. Can you post a picture with the head lights on to see the difference.

Thanks

That is frickin bright kuch. I had the LED you initially had then another one with 5 small leds, and even though they are labeled white, they were too blue against the 4300k hids. Polarg bulbs are a great match, though not nearly as bright as your new LEDs

Just to be technical, they're not DRLs.

I switched back to bulbs after my LEDs start flickering.

Wow! I want them. oh wait these arn't DRLs. Bummer. This is for when you have your driving lights on and the small bulb lights up? or is this when your driving lights are off? I forgot which turns on which on the housing...
