I think they will only look good if the bumper setup by the tips are the same way as the IS-F

ugly as hell, stupidest design on the IS IMO. Since we are on the topic of the IS-F. the official numbers were released today.

* The V8 5-litre engine will have 417hp and produce 373 ft-lb of torque.
* The Is-F will be available in Japan on December 25th, and will retail for ¥7,660,000 ($65,742 USD).
* The Japanese version will be limited to 180km/h (111mph).

I was thinking of doing a similar setup but with the second pipe offset towards the inside of the bumper/car (i you know what i mean)

On the IS-F they SHOULD remain... we'll see how many civics are gonna start trying to pull them off and company's start making exhaust tips that look like that...

Here's the deal: I find them ugly only because it is fake, especially making it worse with the black mesh around it.

Otherwise, if it was a real exhaust, I would love it...

It does create a distinctive looks which, I think, is what Lexus was going after, but I do not think it'll create a new trend, not in the performance car world, in the loud and obnoxious civic tuner crowd, I'm not saying....

VERY LAME STATS COMPARE TO:
MB C63
451HP
443TQ
0-62 : 4.5sec

I wanted to vote "GAY" but that was not an option...

Still a nice car, but there are better cars in the same class

well.. 80 more than the M3 and about 55 more than the RS4 (torque), I don't think it's that bad...

I love the new C63 and If I had a choice between that or the new IS-F it would be a no brainer!

I really like the design of the new IS-F but hate those tail pipes with a passion

I think because safricags wants 3GS owners' opinions... why can't it be on the GS sub-forum? No harm...

I didn't like the IS-F exhaust tips, I'd rather see one big huge tip than two per side .
