my first mod fellas. It took me long enough. They are asanti AF128 20x8.5 and 20x10. Toyo Proxes T1R 245/35/20 front 275/30/20 back. I ordered the NFs and am getting them installed on Monday. Can't wait.
I have a question though. When i first started to drive on them, they would rub on the inside when i made a turn. it seems to be hitting the inside wheel well. They aren't lowered yet so i don't know why they are rubbing. anyone with this situation on new 20s? Also, the back wheel looks really cambered. is this normal as well? thanks for any help and comments.

what you need is the correct tire size. when you order wheels its hard for the offset to get screwed up. I think the problem is that most of us are running the wrong tire size. 245/35/20 is 1.1 inches larger in diameter than the stock wheel. I have had alot of lowered cars in the past and you should try to keep tire diameter as close to stock as possible. Even in the pics you can tell the rear tire is smaller tan the front. people keep saying its subtle, but I think its pretty damn obvious. how the hell are we spending 50k on a car then another 5k on wheels and ties and we roll around with the damn cars rubbing on a turn. its like some hoopty with wheels from another car. you shoulb be running a 245/30 or a 255/30 max. I would tell the people you bought the wheels from that there may be an offset prob, or at least call and verify. if the car is not lowered it should not be rubbing at all, no matter what. thats bs. Im telling you its tire size or offset. as far as tire size Im running a 255/30 and if I have any prob then i will switch them out for 245/30. I live in AZ, roads are top rated in the country. lots of smoothe new roads. check a tire calculator on the internet and im sure most of us running 245/35 will see why they are rubbing. the difference between rubbing and not rubbing is tenths of an inch, and thats what the sidewall sizes will give you if you remain close to stock diameter. good luck

Unfortunately, the lower you go, the more camber you will experience. It is the characteristic and geometry of multi-link rear suspensions. Other than that it looks sharp.

My wife's GS rubs with 245-40-19 on truns.
I don't hear or feel any rubbing on my car with 20's.
Some tires run taller or more square than others. The Bridgestone RE960's I have are round instead of square and do not rub.
Plus they are quiet and comfy.
Almost forgot........nice ride. And yes, lower that sucker and it will be sweeter.
