Here's what I would have done:
DOUGHNUT COMMERCIAL (My Version):
--Pan horizontally right (instead of overhead) onto an open lot with a GS doing donuts. As the camera continues to pan right, the Lexus voice says "Just because you can...". Then as the camera continues to pan right, the GS doing donuts goes off camera (screeching noise continues), and a parked shiny new GS460 is seen at front quarter prolife. The Voice then says "...Doesn't mean that you should. The all-new GS."
Keep it simple and straight-forward.
