Question Sticking brakes GS350

After I wash my 2007 GS350 and allow the car/wheels to dry overnight in a garage, the brakes stick upon startup the next morning.A few times I had to give additional gas to unstick the brakes, which sounds as if the brakes are glued to the rotars when they break free. This first started at around 4000 miles and the dealer replaced brakes and rotars on all wheels, but this did not stop the sticking. I brought the car in again at 6900 miles to no avail, although the dealer did not change out my brakes the second time.

This only happens after washing the wheels and allowing the car to dry overnight in a garage. Has anyone ever heard of this as I am concerned with safety at this point? The dealer has no idea, but changed my new car brakes the first time and indicated the second time that metal brakes do stick to rotars. I have owned cars for 35 years and never had this happen. My car wash is Meguiars, so it is not the cleaner.

The 2nd time the dealer had my car 3 days and drove it hard for about 40 miles, which created much brake dust with only a slight decrease to sticking. Sticking occurs if the brakes are hot or cold after washing the wheels. What they did while driving my new car 40 miles will always be of concern to me.

My Brakes do the same thing after I wash it, the next day or even a few hours later, it sounds like there Cracking lose from the Rotor, its the rust that forms on the rotor and makes the pads stick to the rotor.
I have 3000 miles on the car, have not had any problems with the brakes
Seems like a small thing, I'm certain there are other car that do the same thing.

I'm new here, but if I may, standard procedure after washing any car, is to drive it.
There is more than one reason, but the one common to all cars are the iron rotors.

I agree. After washing your car, drive it to heat the rotors and dry the pads.

After washing, there's a rust glaze that makes the brake pads stick to the steel rotors. Problem should be solved.
