Congrats on your purchase...very nice blk/blk...post pics man...I have an '07 blk/blk GS.....make sure you if you haven't already...BUY the Porter Cable 7424 buffer....you'll be glad you did....especially with the blk. It's my understanding you already have the sensors on your wheels...just make sure they are transferrable to your new wheels.(someone else can chime in....not 100% sure they are transferrable or if you have to buy a new set). The console light that comes on with the headlights/night time...mine is on all of the time...mine doesn't bother me...maybe there's a hack for the night light?

I did 1000 miles under 3k RPM for break-in period. This is more of a personal preference. Some people do 500, 750 miles, some people go by speed limitation.
The sensors are for your tire pressure monitoring system. When you get aftermarket wheels, make sure they can be fitted so the system is functional. If you opt for wheels that are not compatible, you can take them out of the stock and ignore the dash light for TPMS, or you can put them in the spare to get rid of the light but it would render it useless. Search on CL, there's also a DIY on pressurized tube for the TPMS.
If you want to keep the stock set (for winter), you can buy a second set of TPMS from the vendors listed here (check price with them as well) since your car can have 2 sets of TPMS registered at one time. The dealer would have to program this in though.
Console light, don't think you can turn it off. You'll get used to it.
