Default Tire Pressure Warning Light came on last night!?!

Hey guy's,

So last night it finally got really cold, about 32 degrees. Anyway I was going to get a pizza and the tire pressure warning light came on, I checked them all this morning and they are all hovering around 30psi. Was it just the cold that caused the light to come on?

Hope you all have a safe and happy thanksgiving, I am going home from college this afternoon and I am looking forward to another great road trip in the GS!

man what part of CA are you in?

but yeah, seems like pressure is right at boundary. give it a boost to around 32 or 33psi, that should help

If they were all around the same pressure, yes, the temperature drop is the culprit. The same thing has happened to me.

Why does lexus have such a backward tire monitor system. Even gm gives the tire pressure for all 4 tires & it warns if pressure is high or low. I am not praising GM, just wondering why Lecis can't make theirs better.

It is one of the most basic systems on the market, no doubt.
It's a pain to have to physically check the pressure on all 4 wheels when the light comes on.
